Jean-Baptiste Monge, is a French Illustrator, Character Designer- Visual Development Artist and author, painter since 1994, creating his own illustrating stories in books, Jean-Baptiste Monge, who lives now in Montréal Canada, is a Character Designer and Visual Development Artist for CG animations and movies.

He is also a member of the Society of Illustrators NY

His clients in the entertainment industry range from: Walt Disney Imagineering, Sony Pictures Animation, Scarab Productions, the Zanuck Company, Sagatoon, Blue Bug Entertainment, Digital Domain, Digital District Montreal, Quad, Cinesite, Sagatoon Quebec,and more.

He has designed Video Games: Blizzard Entertainment and Spiders

He has been an illustrating artist for 20 years. He began his concept art and character development with his client, Sony Pictures Animation in 2009, where he found working with teams were amazing in sharing ideas in the development of the projects.

His Skills include:  Photoshop,  Clip Studio,  Traditional, Zbrush,  Maya,  Keyshot,  Topogun

The "Shop" tab:  sells his artwork,  sketchbooks, and children's books of which he is also the author.

3D Tab:  Shows pictures of his clay models and as you hover over the image, text will describe which movie or video it was created.
